ANP – AIHRA National Party (Human Rights) is a national political party founded in 2009 with a clear and uncompromising commitment to human rights, human dignity, and humanity-based governance. The party is ideologically rooted in and inspired by AIHRA (All India Human Rights Association)—its long-standing struggle, experience, and dedication to justice.
ANP believes that politics must rise above power and position, and place the human being at the center of governance. Human Rights and Humanity form the core foundation of the party. ANP stands firmly against every system, policy, and practice that violates human rights, suppresses voices, or undermines constitutional values.
Born from AIHRA’s nationwide human rights movement, ANP is dedicated to protecting and strengthening the constitutional rights of all sections of society—the poor, marginalized, women, minorities, tribal communities, farmers, workers, and youth. The party believes that true democracy cannot exist without justice, equality, compassion, and accountability.

ANP – AIHRA National Party (Human Rights) एक राष्ट्रीय राजनीतिक पार्टी है, जिसकी स्थापना वर्ष 2009 में मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा, मानव गरिमा की पुनर्स्थापना और मानवता आधारित शासन व्यवस्था के उद्देश्य से की गई। यह पार्टी AIHRA (All India Human Rights Association) की वैचारिक सोच, संघर्ष और अनुभव से प्रेरित होकर बनी है।
ANP का मूल आधार Human Rights और Humanity है। यह पार्टी मानती है कि राजनीति का सर्वोच्च उद्देश्य सत्ता नहीं, बल्कि इंसान की सुरक्षा, सम्मान और समान अवसर सुनिश्चित करना होना चाहिए। ANP हर उस व्यवस्था, नीति और सोच के विरुद्ध खड़ी है जो मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन करती है और आम नागरिक की आवाज़ को दबाती है।
AIHRA के वर्षों के मानवाधिकार संघर्ष से जन्मी यह पार्टी देश के हर वर्ग—गरीब, वंचित, महिला, अल्पसंख्यक, आदिवासी, किसान, मज़दूर और युवा—के अधिकारों को संवैधानिक रूप से मज़बूत करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। ANP का विश्वास है कि जब तक न्याय, समानता और करुणा राजनीति के केंद्र में नहीं होंगे, तब तक सच्चा लोकतंत्र अधूरा रहेगा।
